We focus on development of cutting edge algorithms and computational solutions for the analysis of high-throughput molecular data in the context of biomedical research. Areas of research interests are: immunooncology, genome stability and integrity, transposable elements biology, population and medical genetics.
Our research couples state of the art computational and experimental techniques to interpret the genotype-phenotype map to facilitate precision crop improvement, as well as to delineate mechanisms of host-pathogen interactions. We are engaged in several crop genetics initiatives to achieve high-accuracy marker-assisted selection.
